Macy’s Holding a Celebrity Christmas Tree Auction

Macy’s is really knocking itself out this year to put forth some interesting holiday initiatives.

As part of its annual Believe campaign, Macy’s is holding a Celebrity Christmas Tree Auction featuring 14 trees with decorations inspired by Macy’s celebrity spokesmen. All of the trees are on display at Macy’s in Herald Square in New York, where bidders can go and check them out before the auction. You can also view images of the trees (and bid on them) by visiting the Macy’s website.

The auction lasts from Nov. 8 to Dec. 2, and 100% of the funds raised will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Macy’s stars have also inspired signature holiday ornaments that will be available at all Macy’s stores and online at macys.com. These exclusive ornaments retail for $9.99, with 10% of the purchase price benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
