Christmas Decor Brings Cheer to Military Families
Christmas Décor, the professional holiday decorators franchise, has a special program that gives military families across the nation a wonderful treat — a home decorated for the holidays. It’s a terrific way to bring a touch of Christmas Spirit to a deserving family.
If you know a family of one of our brave men or women fighting in the military, consider doing something special for them this year by nominating their home for a Christmas makeover.
“It is so rewarding to see how much happiness our decorations bring to these families. For all of the sacrifices their loved ones make for us to have a happy and safe holiday, they are so deserving of some extra holiday cheer,” says Blake Smith, president of Christmas Décor.
TAKE NOTE / Every year, Christmas Décor franchisees nationwide participate in this event by donating their products, resources and time to decorate the homes of military families as part of the Decorated Family Program. The company is hoping to decorate at least 200 homes this season.
It’s easy to participate in the program. You can nominate deserving military families in your community by filling out the nomination form available on the Christmas Décor fan page on Facebook. Just go to http://facebook.com/christmasdecor, fill out the form, and explain why the family should become a “Christmas Décor Decorated Family.”
Winners are awarded based on their location (proximity to a franchise location) and the impact of their story on the judges. All nominations must be received by November 11. For more complete information and rules, visit the company website at www.christmasdecor.net.
Christmas Décor currently serves more than 40,000 residential and commercial customers in 48 states and Canada. The company provides all clients with a complete design, full installation, in-season service, and timely takedown.
